First Place for Youth Participant featured on Al Jazeera America
Ja'Ney Batiste is 20 years old and a mom to a 2 year old little boy. She is currently receiving extended foster care services through First Place for Youth. There is a great need to help young people like Ja'Ney get a job, go to school and learn how to support themselves. Our 5th Annual Maximum Impact Golf Tournament will be on Monday, October 6 at the Mira Vista Golf and Country Club in El Cerrito, CA. Mark your calendars and help us spread the word! Help us raise even more money to support youth transitioning from the foster care system to obtain education, employment and stable housing.
We are grateful to Mira Vista Golf & Country Club and Kaiser Permanente for helping us put on an unforgettable day last year.
